Waikoko Evening

Oil paint on canvas. This private little sanctuary is located on the northshore of Kaua’i. I painted on location a plein air study then produced this larger painting in my studio. The light was so incredible as the sun was turning into sweet light but the hazy in hills mingled with it. It took my breath away.
