Storms Never Last

This painting was a very emotional one for me. My oldest brother passed away from a heart attack while hunting one day several years ago. He also liked to fish which was his favourite pastime. This is why I wanted to paint something that would remind me of him. To me this was the worst storm of my life. Lightning comes and goes and so do my memories of him; I'm filled with tears as I write this.
