"The Subjugated Guide"

The conformation of Latin America from the arrival of the Europeans to this continent seems to have inherited the Latino and the Latina mixed feelings and dependence on other cultures.
The conformation of the Latin American people is divided between the idea of proudly accepting Latin Americanisms, not being comfortable being Latino because they feel not in "the first world", or rejecting Latin Americanisms by accepting in itself that the true cultures of these lands are the cultures natives and been or want to be part of them.
This lack of cohesion, in my opinion, generates a cultural and economic dependence of the Latin peoples for other cultures and that is what my artwork is about.
