Edge of the Storm

The end of a huge winter storm seen from the coast of Anglesey. I tried to convey a sense of the power; the immense, windswept atmosphere along with the colour, movement and cold winter light. To stand and sketch this scene was to involve getting very wet and blown about - I relied largely on my photographs!
