My family loves to explore the local seaside rock pools. The reflection of my daughter, in one of the rock pools, inspired me to create a water portrait of her busy exploring a rock pool. I tried to capture the moment of her discovering something of interest in the rock pool. I incorporated the seagull to capture the surroundings and further illustrate the story. I tried to create a sense of intrigue to search for items in the rock pool painting. The medium used: Oil Paint on canvas board.
